Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Allen Bradley DG4V-3S-2A-M-FPA3WL-B5-60 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Aquatrap products, including obsoleted and phased-out Eurotherm parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Bonkote product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Aquatrap such as the AQUATRAP120476 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2204NSVHXXXXRFXXYMENGS3282502FAU91 manufactured by Eurotherm and we are pleased to be able to service most Eurotherm systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M12 by Manufacturer Bonkote as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Jetter Brand NIA4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Copes-Vulcan such as 168507860007 equipment made by Copes-Vulcan have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available 1531 made by Amci as well as the popular IC610CCM105D original spares produced by Fanuc

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the V0397 by Festo and 168507860007 spares by Copes-Vulcan are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PHBAIN1200C100 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bailey.
